Radiobus is ATM’s on request bus service, combining the advantages of traditional public transport and taxis. Radiobus will pick you up at your place of choice in Milan and take you to your desired destination within the Milan municipality. Available exclusively by booking, Radiobus runs every day of the year from 8 pm to 2 am, except on Christmas Day and 1 May. On the occasion of special events such as the Milan White Night, the service is prolonged after the normal timetable.

Since this is a booking-only service, Radiobus lowers waiting times, shortens journeys on foot and allows you to travel in safety and comfort.

To use the service you must book your journey, telling us the day, time, departure and arrival addresses, the number of people travelling with you and giving us a telephone number in case we need to contact you. To ensure the optimal functioning of our service we would also ask you to tell us about any disabled people travelling with you.

How To Book

To make your booking you can choose between one of the following options:
booking page from 3 days beforehand until 6 pm on the day of travel. We will send you an email as confirmation

• call centre 02.48.03.48.03, every day from 1 pm to 2 am, from 3 days beforehand until your desired time of travel
• text message to the number 335.78.72.571 from 3 days beforehand until 6 pm on the day of travel. We will send you a text message as confirmation 
• fax to the number 02.48.03.63.66, bookings are accepted from 3 days beforehand until 6 pm of travel. We will send you a fax as confirmation

When your booking is confirmed you will be informed of the number of your bus.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking you may choose between one of the following options:
• phone our call centre on 02.48.03.48.03
• send a text message to the number 335.78.72.571 specifying the bus number received on confirmation and the telephone number given in your booking
• send a fax to the number 02.48.03.63.66 specifying the bus number

What To Do If Your Bus Fails To Arrive

To notify us that your bus has failed to arrive, please call 02.48.03.48.00 when 10 minutes have elapsed after the agreed time.

Prices

Passengers wishing to use the Radiobus service must be in possession of a valid ticket for travel within Milan (ticket or travel card) and a supplementary ticket which can be purchased at ATM ticket booths or directly on board the bus at a cost of: 

• € 1.50 at ticket booths from 01/09/2011 € 2.00
• € 2 on board the bus from 01/09/2011 € 2.50 

If you do not have a valid ticket for travel within Milan, you can buy one on board with your supplement at a cost of € 3.00 01/09/2011 € 4.00 .
