Own Transportation 

Within the Milan municipality, disabled people using private vehicles marked with a disabled badge for driving and parking to move around the city may:

• use the fast lanes reserved for public transport and taxis
• drive in restricted traffic areas and in pedestrian areas inside the city
• park free of charge in the disabled spaces in car parks managed by ATM
• park free of charge in disabled spaces, unless these are assigned to a specific user, in metered parking spaces marked by blue lines managed by ATM on behalf of the City of Milan, in the residents only parking areas marked by yellow lines
• enter the Ecopass area 

We remind users that ATM car parks are not guarded; the company takes no responsibility in the event of thefts or damage to vehicles.
