Service Value
Punctuality and frequency, safety, comfort and information.
These are the objectives for which we aim in our efforts to improve Milan’s public transport services. The watchwords guiding us in the delivery of our services are:
- equality and impartiality, we offer a service accessible to all, that does not discriminate against individual categories or social classes;
- correctness, we undertake periodic checks to evaluate the level of quality delivered, comparing it with the promised values, so as to determine which actions to take in order to fulfil our obligations to our customers
- participation and transparency, we establish a constant dialogue with our customers, informing them about the services on offer and our planning criteria, and are committed to disseminating our balance sheet
- efficiency and effectiveness, we are committed to offering a service which meets the needs of our customers whilst simultaneously ensuring that the resources invested are used in the most economical way possible
- respect for the environment, we are committed to the continued improvement of our environmental performance through policies aimed at sustainable development
