Code of Ethics

ATM’s internal and external activities are governed by respect for the principles set out in our Code of Ethics which contains the values and behavioural guidelines representing the identity of the ATM Group.

All ATM Group companies are committed to making a contribution to the well-being, quality of life and growth of the community within which they operate by offering efficient, technologically advanced and socially significant services which respect the environment and public health.

Approved on 19 July 2007 by the Governing Board, the Code of Ethics is subdivided into 5 sections:

  • General principles
  • Relations with third parties
  • Staff
  • Treatment of information and privacy
  • Internal monitoring

In 2008, ATM set up an internal Ethics Committee to ensure that all the Group’s self-imposed ethical principles are met.
