Mobility Charter
The Carta della Mobilità (Mobility Charter) plays a major role in relations between the company and its customers. It serves two purposes, principally:
- It explains the factors upon with the quality of the local public transport service depends in the urban area covered by the Service Contract with the Milan Municipality
- It declares the results achieved over the past year and states the targets for the current year (2010)
The Charter can therefore be used as a “reference document” for the protection of customers’ rights and, at the same time, a useful means of getting to know the company offering the service.
A number of subjects have been revised and expanded in the 2010 edition, with a view to promoting greater transparency, while the contents have been increased to offer customers a useful guide for gaining greater familiarity with the services offered.
The
Mobility Charter is the means by which we inform our customers about the services offered, our benchmark quality standards and our commitment to improvement.
With the
2008-2010 Business Plan, we reaffirm our identity as a socially responsible company which systematically guarantees the respect of the commitments made to our customers, the city of Milan and its citizens, institutions, territory and environment.

- In paper form: at all ATM POINTs (Duomo M1-M3, Cadorna M1-M2, Loreto M1-M2, Centrale FS M2-M3, Romolo M2 stations) open Monday to Saturday from 7.45 am to 7.15 pm
