Radiobus is the on-call bus service available on booking to fetch you and take you to your destination inside the Milan municipality.

To Book

• by Internet:  fill in the on line form  (Italian only)
• by phone: call the number 02.48.03.48.03 every day from 1 pm to 2 am
• by text message: send a message to the number 335.78.72.571 specifying the day and time, departure address, destination address, number of people (and any disabled people travelling with you), a contact number in the event of problems. ATM will send you a text message as confirmation.
• by fax: send your booking to the number 02.48.03.63.66

 To Cancel Your Booking

• By phone: call the number 02.48.03.48.03
• By text message: send a text message to the number 335.78.72.571 specifying the number of your bus and the contact number provided on booking
• By fax: send your cancellation to the number 02.48.03.63.66.

To Tell Us Your Bus Has Failed to Arrive

When 10 minutes have passed after the requested time, you can tell us about the failure of your bus to arrive by calling the number 02.48.03.48.00.
