Our ATM Points represent ATM’s privileged face-to-face channel. They are information points and sales booths (for tickets, season tickets, car park payment tickets, Ecopass Cards and gadgets). It is also possible to pay with bank cards and credit cards.

At our ATM Points you can:  

• purchase all our travel documents, both tickets and travel passes
• carry out all operations related to electronic cards: applications, top-ups with the chosen type of pass, renewal on expiry after 4 years of validity, annual renewal for students, requests for duplicates when stolen or lost
• purchase TrenoMilano passes
• replace magnetic travel documents not accepted by validating machines
• apply for refunds due to anomalies in self-service purchase or top-up operations for travel documents at automatic dispenser machines located in the underground railway stations, provided that the machine has issued a receipt
• collect your Carta Club ATM after purchasing an annual travel pass
• purchase parking documents
• purchase Ecopass tickets
• purchase a BikeMi pass
• request general information on our transport routes and vehicles
• request general information on our activities and our initiatives
