ATM Points

Our ATM Points represent ATM’s privileged face-to-face channel. They are information points and sales booths (for tickets, season tickets, car park payment tickets, Area C and gadgets). It is also possible to pay with bank cards and credit cards.

At our ATM Points you can:

  • purchase all our travel documents, both tickets and travel passes
  • carry out all operations related to electronic cards: applications, top-ups with the chosen type of pass, renewal on expiry after 4 years of validity, annual renewal for students, requests for duplicates when stolen or lost
  • purchase TrenoMilano passes
  • replace magnetic travel documents not accepted by validating machines
  • apply for refunds due to anomalies in self-service purchase or top-up operations for travel documents at automatic dispenser machines located in the underground railway stations, provided that the machine has issued a receipt
  • collect your Carta Club ATM after purchasing an annual travel pass
